Matijasevic Vinogradi is a small Serbian winery, located in the heart of the Sumadija wine region, which has received many international awards for its excellent wine production from indigenous and international grapes. The winery owns about 15 hectares of vineyards divided into several plots in the villages of Orasac, Kopljari and Banja. Tri Doline is a Bordeaux-style red wine produced with 100% Merlot grapes from 3 vineyards located at an altitude between 290 and 340 meters in the expanses of Baljkovica, Bakčina and Orašačko brdo. Here the vines enjoy excellent sun exposure with a spherical orientation. In the glass, the wine shows a bright and intense color with ruby​​tones. Its aromatic profile is broad and expressive, and it reveals all the fruity characteristics of Merlot, with notes of plum, cherry, raspberry, and balsamic hints in the background. On the palate, it is rich and elegant, with a good concentration of fruit and a marked mineral vein. It has a good structure and velvety tannins. The finish is long and persistent, and recalls notes of cocoa. It is the ideal wine with beef brisket or a mix of grilled meats.
