The company, which cultivates 15 hectares of vineyards in the Šumadija region, produces monovarietal and blended wines using indigenous and international grape varieties thanks to the exceptional soil and climate conditions of the area and very careful management of the vineyards with full respect for the land and nature. Produced in very limited quantities, SoviNoa Fumé Blanc is a dry white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, sourced from the estate's vineyards. The finished wine is then aged in French oak barrels. The result is a fresh, expressive, and complex wine. In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow color and an intense and fragrant aromatic profile. On the nose, it reveals fresh notes of tropical fruit and citrus, stone fruit, and herbs, with a final touch of wood. On the palate, it is broad and well-structured, lively and well-balanced. It has a medium body and a good fruit concentration. It is juicy and soft, with a marked mineral vein and a long finish that recalls notes of tropical fruit. It is a versatile wine in food pairings: it is excellent with white fish, lobster, and vegetables, but it also goes well with some simple pork-based preparations.
