Aleksandrovic is a Serbian family winery located in the Sumadija region, in an area with a long winemaking tradition, called the Tuscany of Serbia, due to its beautiful hilly landscapes. The estate today covers about 75 hectares of vineyards planted with indigenous and international grape varieties and worked in a traditional way and with low yields, for the production of high-quality wines. The Regent Reserve is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in equal parts. The grapes are selected and collected by hand in the estate vineyards. Vinification takes place in barrels located in the modern cellar, built in 2000. The finished wine rests for 2 years in barrels. In the glass, the wine reveals a deep color with dark red tones and purple reflections. Its aromatic profile is intense with notes of plum, blueberry, dark berries, and hints of cocoa and vanilla in the background. On the palate, it is powerful and balanced, with a full body and fine and well-integrated tannins. It has a balanced and refreshing acid vein and a long and fruity finish. Leave it in the cellar for a few years or try it now with grilled red meat, game stews, herb-roasted lamb, and aged cheeses.
