Crafted from 50% Sangiovese and 50% Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah, the grapes for this stunning blend are sourced from the estate’s vineyards in the foothills of the Tuscan hilltop town of Suvereto. The grapes are carefully transported to the winery where they are vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels for three months. This vivacious and youthful wine opens with a bright ruby hue in the glass and evocative aromas of sweet dark fruit, dried violets, and sun-baked earth. The first sip reveals a refreshing acidity, fine tannins, and abundant dark berry flavours complemented by hints of cocoa, smoky tobacco, and licorice.
