Oenologist, winemaker, and owner of the company, Yiannis has been part of the world of wine for over 40 years. He began his career by studying the vineyards of the Arcadia region and is considered to be responsible for the rebirth of Greek wine, particularly in the Peloponnese region. The company produces a collection of exquisite wines from local grape varieties. The grapes undergo a modern technological vinification process with pre-fermentation extraction at 10°C. A third of the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks, another third in amphorae and the rest in foudres (large oak type barrels). The wine matures on its lee for about 4 months. This varietal Moschofilero is an elegant wine with lush aromas of white flowers, citrus and orange blossom. On the palate, it round is with a full body harmoniously balanced by its lively acidity. It is intense and fragrant, fresh and refined. It is an ideal match for chicken, turkey, and any light and fish preparation with lemon or spicy sauces.
