The Wichenford 2.0 is a technical, fully waterproof family tent with 5000mm Hydrostatic head and made from 190T Polyester OLTech Fabric. This easy to put up family tent can be put up by one person but with two is very easy to erect. It has a sewn in groundsheet and can be packed away complete with inners still inside so it's even easier to put up and put away. The Wichenford is made from 190T OLTech fabric which is waterproof to 5 metres, meaning it can withstand 5 metres of rainfall before it even thinks about leaking. The groundsheet is twice as tough when it comes to water to ensure that you never feel wet underfoot. Because The Wichenford is a tunnel tent it's easy to put up. All the poles are the same length so there's no confusion as to what goes where and the tent uses a 'ring and pin' system which means simply clicking each pole into place on the flysheet. After your first time out you'll be putting up The Wichenford 2.0 tent in 20 minutes. Also, because you can leave the inner tents in place when you take it down the second time you put it up you don't even have to hang the inner tents. And because it has a fully sewn in groundsheet there isn't even a groundsheet to peg down. It couldn't be easier or quicker to put up. The tent has fully taped seams to stop any water ingress and the fabric throughout is fire retardant. As well as being a great made tent using technical fabrics and features to make it quick to put up The Wichenford 2.0 also as lots of features on the inside including hanging organisers on each side of the tent. These are great for storing shoes, books, IPads. phones, packs of cards, sunglasses, outdoor games and anything else you may need to keep grabbing. These do tend to get filled with essentials for the children, like sun cream and rain macs but have always been good for gadgets as well. There are cable entry points on both sides so it doesn't matter which way you pitch your tent you'll still be able to get your mains cable inside from the hook up point, without having to take it through a door way or window. The outside also as draught skirt protection, even though the tent is fully enclosed, just as extra protection as wind, rain and bugs. In the centre of the tent you have a lantern hook for keep your light in the centre of the tent but out of the way. The Wichenford 2.0 has windows on either side, which are clear PVC at the bottom half and at the top half a mesh and both windows can be guyed out, using the striking red guylines which are used around The Wichenford. Both windows have blinds on them and the doors, at either side have mesh flyscreen as well as doors so you can open up the blinds but still stop bugs getting in to the tent. The Wichenford can be a very light tent or a very enclosed as you need it to be and this is helped further by the head high vents which go around the tent. These can be opened or closed as needed and give great ventilation during the warmer parts of the day or if it's too warm at night. It also comes with a set of Canopy poles and both doors can be set up as a canopy giving you a section of outdoor space, as you can see in the images.
