From a compact tent you want it to pack down small, be spacious inside, keep you dry, be went ventilated and if you're using it at a festival it's great to stand out from the usual sea of green and blue tents! The Knightwick, named after small village near us, is made from 190T OLTech Polyester which is 5,000 HH. In real terms this means the tent can hold 5 metres of water before if even thinks about leaking. Your going to stay dry what ever the Great British Outdoors throw at you. The groundsheet is twice as safe against the weather to make sure that rain doesn't get in from underneath, the sides or above. The fabric itself is fire retardant and to make sure you're never uncomfortable the inner living area is made from a fully breathable polyester. The Knightwick tent is quick to pitch too. It should take you only 10 minutes to put up and you pitch the flysheet (outer) first so that the inside living area never gets wet. This is ideal in any situation but if you're using the Knightwick for a festival it's great because it means the inside of the tent starts out dry giving you a warm and dry place to leave clothing and everything else you're going to need for the following three days. The tent is 130cm tall, so not tall enough to stand up in but the living area gives enough room for four people sit in. The Porch area also has a separate (not joined) groundsheet which means it's easy to take out and clean - on site or at home. For extra ventilation the two doors (one large front door and one side door) have mesh fly screens so you can sit in the tent with it fully enclosed but with ventilation on one or both sides. It also as a rear mesh vent with cover and windows on both sides so the tent can be as light or as enclosed as you need it to be. Sitting in the Knightwick you can see everything around you or remain fully enclosed. It is completely versatile in terms of windows, vents and doors. To finish off the styling and the look of the tent it comes with Red guylines which look striking and is supplied with set of canopy poles which can be used on either doorway to give you a great canopy to sit under. This is great for sunny days or after a long day walking or biking when you can put up the canopy and sit outside in the shade. Being a tunnel tent, the Knightwick is easy to erect with 3 fibre glass poles and a ring and pin system. All of the poles clip into c clips making the tent both easy to put up and easy to take down. With the Knightwick you get a very unique looking, but versatile, spacious and highly technical 3 berth tent. 3 Berth Family Tunnel Tent 190T Polyester OLTech Fabric 5000mm Hydrostatic Head Outer OLTech Fabric 10000mm HH Polyethylene Groundsheet Fire retardant fabrics 10-15 minute pitch time Breathable Polyester Inner Fibreglass poles Ring and Pin system for poles Easy to Erect Tunnel Design Fully Waterproof with taped seams Separate Porch Groundsheet Two side windows with roll up curtains Red Guylines Metal Guyline Runners Rear Mesh vent with cover Fly Screens and ventilation Side and Front door Large front door with ventilation Complete with Canopy Poles Roll up curtains A great technical tent for couples and small families Supplied in a carry bag with instructions Pack Size: 60cm long x 19cm deep x 23cm tall.
