Ngong Ping has a little bit of every part of Chinese culture, from traditional tea making to the fundamental tenets of Buddhism, and even over-priced souvenirs. But this walk is primarily a spiritual journey through the village, to the giant Buddha statue, sitting high on the hilltop. Your guides are Cherry and Joyce, and while you walk, they'll share their stories and experiences. The walk ends at the Buddhist Kitchen, where you can go for a fresh vegetarian meal. Allow enough time to make several stops along the way. It's best to take a whole morning.
