Cellar for up to 3 years. Decant up to 1 hour. Pale yellow with bright lime green hues. On the nose citrus, white flowers, and neroli play center stage to a charming herbaceousness only a Loire Sauvignon Blanc is capable of getting right. White grapefruit, lime and the fresh minerality of wet concrete cut through the herbs, white asparagus, neroli oil, and floral notes. The finish is intense with a mineral quality that ushers in the smoky juniper aftertaste. Serve this white wine chilled at 12°C. It is especially agreeable with raw fish dishes, vitello tonnato, veal and salads. The Fournier family have been making wine since the 1800s. The estate is owned by Claude and Jacques Fournier and they have since grown their estate to cultivate over 60 hectares of vineyards in three of the most reputable appellations in the Centrum of Loire, boasting the most excellent terroirs, Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, and Menetou Salon.
