This home brew kit includes easy step-by-step instructions. The alcohol content of your lager will be a maximum of 4.8% ABV. By law we cannot sell this product to anyone under the age of 18 years. Please note: You will need 1kg of sugar and basic equipment to make this brew. You will also need to barrel or bottle so it can condition and become fizzy. This kit will make you 40 pints of pub style, tasty lager. If you want it to be a stronger brew then simply add less water to the start of the process. Try using 32 pints rather than 40. This will make it stronger, fuller and richer and the finishing ABV will be more like 6%.
