This home brew kit includes easy step-by-step instructions. Alcohol content of your cider will be a maximum of 4.8 ABV. By law we cannot sell this product to anyone under the age of 18 years. Please note: You will need 1kg of sugar and basic brewing equipment to make this brew. If you want it to be stronger, fuller and richer then simply add less water and the finishing ABV will be more like 6%. This is a single can kit so the finishing brew may be a little thin but again you could add less water to bring the thickness up and the strength. After just 3-4 weeks it will be drinkable, it is recommended however to keep the brew maturing away for a couple of months to make it better and more tasty. You will need to buy a barrel or bottles to store it in after fermentation as it's not included in this kit.
