The hob has been fitted with 4 super fast cooking plates each with its own power controller which are mounted on the left hand side of the hob unit. The hob is fitted with two large 2.0kW heating elements together with two additional medium sized 1.5kW rated power output units. The heating elements are fully adjustable and are fitted with 9 stage power controllers to provide a fine level of heat adjustment.
