The Bosch Classixx PCP616B90E is a modern stylish 60cm wide Gas Hob with the added convenience of front mounted gas controls. The hob is equipped with two high efficiency 1.7kW burners an Economical 1kW burner and a large 3kW High Speed burner. Each burner is fitted with a Flame Failure safety device ensuring that the gas supply is automatically turned off if the gas flame is accidentally extinguished during cooking. The front mounted controls are fully variable and incorporate an electric ignition system for one handed operation.The 1kW Economy burner on the Bosch PCP616B90E has been designed specifically to accommodate smaller pans and is fitted with a compact gas rosette this compact burner directs the gas flame to the base of the pan and is more economical and energy efficient than using a large burner which would allow heat and flame to rise up around the outside of a small pan. The 3kW High Speed burner is fitted with a large radial rosette and a high speed jet and is the ideal burner for use with large pots and pans or when heating a large volume in a short time.The Bosch PCP616B90E can be converted to operate on either Natural Gas or Liquid Petroleum Gas. The hob is supplied pre-fitted with natural gas burner jets and a set of LPG jets are included in the box with the hob unit for convenience. This model has been designed to retain its good looks for a long time and is equipped with a hard-wearing easy to clean base and enamelled pan supports for the easy transfer of pans from one burner to another.
