Bosch Exxcel PCR715M90E 70cm Gas Hob with Central Wok Burner in Brushed Steel

The Bosch Exxcel PCR715M90E is a 70cm wide gas powered hob featuring a large centrally mounted wok style burner. The Exxcel PCR715M90E comprises of four burners situated around the central wok burner including a compact 1kW burner two highly efficient 1.7kW burners a large 3kW High Speed burner and an extremely powerful 5kW dual control Wok burner. All the burners are fitted with a Flame Failure safety device ensuring that the gas supply is automatically turned off if the flame is accidentally extinguished. The fully variable burner controls are mounted on the front edge of the hob for ease of access and incorporate an electric ignition system and a quick-stop mains switch for additional safety.The 1kW Economy burner is fitted with a compact gas rosette which is more economical and energy efficient when using smaller pots and pans. The 3kW High Speed burner is fitted with a large radial rosette and a high speed jet ideal for larger cooking vessels. The 5kW Wok burner is fitted with a large dual control double array burner designed to deliver intense heat evenly across the base of Wok style pans which is essential for fast efficient stir-fry cooking.The Bosch PCR715M90E can be converted to operate on Natural Gas or Liquid Petroleum Gas. The hob is supplied pre-fitted with the natural gas jets and a set of LPG jets are included in the box with the hob.
