The Bosch Logixx PRA326B70E is a 30cm wide gas powered hob featuring a large centrally mounted Wok style burner. At the heart of this model there is an extremely powerful 6kW Dual control double array burner designed to deliver intense heat evenly across the base of Wok style pans which is essential for fast efficient stir-fry cooking.This Domino hob has been designed to provide kitchen designers and chefs with the flexibility to create a mixed-fuel or mixed-appliance environment. Domino offers the option to mount several units side by side to create a bespoke cooking centre such as mounting an Induction hob next to a Gas hob or a Wok unit.The Logixx PRA326B70E is fitted with a Flame Failure safety cut-off device to ensure that the gas supply is automatically turned off if the cooking flame is accidentally extinguished. The fully variable gas control incorporates an electric ignition system offering the added convenience of one handed operation. The Ceramic Glass base is both hard-wearing and easy to clean as is the Cast Iron pan support which is dishwasher safe. The hob can be operated on either Natural Gas or Liquid Petroleum Gas and is supplied pre-fitted with natural gas burner jets; LPG jets are included with the hob.
