2013 Viking Peloton Gents Road Race Bike 14 Speed The Peloton stands about mid range in the 2013 Viking road selection and is named after the main group of riders in a road bicycle race. The Peloton is revamped from last year and is constructed around Vikings lightweight aluminium relaxed road race geometry frame. This years frame is coupled with a pair of super strong lightweight carbon fibre forks. Gear selection is achieved with Shimano STI gear/brake integrated shifters with Shimano front and rear derailleurs. Drive is through a Prowheel double road 42/52T chainset on a cartridge bottom bracket with a Shimano 7 speed freewheel. Powerful alloy dual pivot calliper brakes are fitted to slow the bike in all conditions. An ideal mid level bike for mid-long distance training.
