Yamatoya Honten Ryokan

Public bath is located on the basement floor and opens in the morning and from late afternoon to the evening. As this ryokan, traditional style accommodation is located in one of the hottest tourist spots in Osaka, it can be recommended for a sightseeing base around the Kansai area, while feeling Japanese traditional culture during stay. 0809 YY The rooms are Japanese style rooms only with private Japenese Style bath and no beds. By day, the rooms are furnished with a low table and zabuton floor cushions on Japanese straw tatami mats. By night, the room is transformed with Japanese futons into a sleeping area. Meal is offered to the guest room or hall Japanese style hall with tatami mat if included in plan. Seasonal traditional Japanese menus are provided for breakfast and dinner. Dinner is not available if guests arrive after 20:00 pm. The ryokan is built in a modern style, 9-storey building on the side of Dotonbori river.
