The building is completed in the traditional Bansko style. The residence consists of 46 apartments, set on 4 floors. Many of the apartments encompass fireplace, terrace and separate bedrooms for pleasant stays for either one person or a whole family. Apartments also boast many decorative wooden features, such as, intricate designs on the terraces, hanging wooden lanterns, and wooden panelled ceilings in some of the top floor apartments.
