This Whirleys Windmill maker allows you to make your own beautiful windmills. You can create up to 10 double windmills or 20 single windmills. With this windmill pack you can choose pretty papers to make your windmill, then use the Whirley Maker to punch 4 holes in each corner. After that, you can mount the paper on a stick, punch a hole in the centre, slice 4 ways, fold in the 4 corners and fix it up with a pin. Then use the special Whirley fastener, pop in a stick and it is ready to spin.
