This 'well to do' outfit is typical of the Victorian era and features a mock, ruffle shirt insert with velcro fastening to back, a cornflower blue jacket which nips in at the waist with white, ruffle trim to cuffs and velcro fastening to front, a matching skirt with a comfortable elasticated waist and then to pull the whole Victorian look together also included is an adorable hat with blue ribbon, sparkling, blue gem accent and black, draping net to side.
