Oscorp scientist Dr Markus--- formula was stolen by Prowler, which was attempting to replicate the experiment that evolved Peter Parker into Spider-Man. A spider had climbed into Prowler---s bag and bit his son Miles Morales, who days later showed signs of superhuman powers.Morales wanted a normal life at first but was guilt-ridden upon the realisation that he could have saved Spider-Man from being killed by Green Goblin. After being inspired to carry-on in Spider-Man---s footsteps, he was arrested by Spider-Woman for his bad-taste copying his predecessor---s superhero costume. He earned the trust of S.H.I.E.L.D when he helped capture Electro and was given the black and red Ultimate Spider-Man costume. Take Ultimate Spider-Man on a web-slinging adventure to stop crime in the old path of Peter Parker---s Spider-Man. Ultimate Spider-Man has superhuman strength and agility with an increased resistance to injury. Morales has weaker spider-senses but he gained even stronger powers including the electrical venom strike that paralyzes with a simple touch and a new ability to camouflage into his surroundings.
