The bottom of the stand allows you to either clamp the stand to the back of a table edge or fix two 270g, 30.5cm long metal feet to stand the Laptop/DJ Stand anywhere on a flat surface such as a table-top. If clamping to a table, 8mm screws with foam padding allow you to adjust the two clamps and attach to any table edge up to 5cm thick. If using the attachable table-top legs, the laptop stand still remains perfectly stable, balanced and secure. The table-edge clamps and table-top legs can't be fitted at the same time, however when either are fitted you are given a minimum 15cm clearance between the bottom of your laptop and the table surface, and a maximum of 20cm below the back of your laptop.
