It has a powerful motor which delivers 12,000 OPM for fast material removal, and comes with a detachable dust canister which can optionally be swapped for a hose from a vacuum cleaner or dust extractor. This sander can be used with any Stanley FatMax V20 battery and shares battery compatibility with all other tools in the Stanley FatMax V20 cordles system.
