The handles are made from lightweight aluminium and are telescopic so you can can extend them out to a maximum length of 800mm for reaching higher branches. A dual compound action amplifies the force being applied for an easier cut with less physical exertion; additionally, the serrated lower blade helps to ensure a firm grip on branches and minimise twisting while you're cutting through them..
