This Op1/20 oscillating energy plate from Motive Fitness gives you a new way to work out at home. The oscillating energy plate uses a powerful 300W motor to send vibrations up through an oscillating plate to vibrate your body.You can step onto the on-slip mat of the oscillating plate by grabbing hold of the robust, tubular steel mainframe by the high-density foam padded hand-grips. Then use the integral, 3-screen LCD monitor to select one of 3 programmes, and the oscillating plate records speed and time. This machine will then use a 1.5hp constant rated DC motor with microprocessor based PWM (Pulse Width Modulator) to vibrate the plate. It has a 50 level oscillating speed, and 32 resistance levels, and it comes with an anti-static and anti-jamming overload stop system.This machine features a manual incline, and has a body-fat scan to measure your BMI (Body Mass Index). It is mains powered, and can support a maximum weight of 115kg, and the Motive Fitness Op1/20 includes straps to secure you to the machine as you are working out. There are wheels on the bottom that allow you to position this machine.
