Fan-Assisted Gas cooking distributes heat evenly throughout the oven compartment which is ideal for slowly cooking food at a constant and uniform temperature; Fan-Defrosting gently thaws frozen food in preparation for cooking.This Smeg oven also contains a powerful 2kW Electric Grill element and a Countdown Timer control.The oven has an easy clean enamel interior and has integral guide rails which provide the choice of 4 shelf positions the oven also has an interior light fitting for user convenience.This Smeg Gas cooker incorporates Electronic Ignition which can be activated by each gas burner control this provides a convenient one handed operation of the gas controls allowing the operator to ignite and adjust the gas flow to the oven or any of the hob burners single handily.The cooker is fitted with a full-width double glazed glass door the door is ventilated to maintain a low ambient temperature and can be removed when required to assist with cleaning.The cooker has a Storage Compartment concealed behind a fold down flap which serves as a Pan Storage facility for dishes cookware pots and pans.This Smeg Range Cooker is fitted with Natural Gas burner jets and can be converted to use LPG gas if required (an LPG conversion kit is available directly from the manufacturer).
