Currently works on the Façade of the building FRONT continue as required by the City Of New York’s Local Law 11. This work involves repairing damaged brick by installing new brick, mortar and caulking as needed. The removal of brick can cause some noise. The work is scheduled to take place Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm while most rooms are vacant. Work is coordinated with the Front Office team to ensure that early departures are placed in the locations to be worked on. This work will continue until spring of 2014. The sidewalk bridge on 7th Ave will be removed at the end of September. The bridge is strictly for protection of the general public and it is not walked on or used for repairs.
