Al Waha, Oman's first dedicated leisure hotel, is the largest of the three hotels at Shangri-La’s Barr Al Jissah Resort and Spa, Muscat. The name Al Waha means ''The Oasis'', and has been designed in such a way that the hotel's several swimming pools form an oasis incorporating many date palm trees. Note:Due to essential maintenance work, the lobby, guest rooms, Surf Cafe and Samba restaurant will be closed between 30/06/2014 and 30/07/2014 inclusive.
