The house was built in 2003 and is conveniently located amid its private lakeside grounds on the shores of Ossiacher See Lake. There is only one private guesthouse nearby. Only 170 steps from our natural, private beach offering peace and silence in abundance. The beach features a stage with swimming area (natural surroundings), a boat stage, a picturesque sunbathing lawn (at 600m?) with deckchairs and storage room.
