The chalet with Sauna is alone and quiet situated. In the near are only field and forest. The establishment are very rustic. The next restaurant is 1,5 kilometer away. The next village is Kliening. In Kliening is a indoor swimming pool and a tennis court. Restaurants, Shopping center, bars and doctors are in the next bigger village is Bad St. Leonhard (10km). The Sauna is in the house in front of the chalet. The chalet is reachable over a asphalt road and then over gravel road. Parking spaces are in front of the chalet. Domestic animals are welcome in the Schlattwirthütte.The chalet is for eight persons and has 90 sqm. Heating is by wood. Electricity is available. The bedrooms are splitted in two double bedrooms and one four bed room. Cot and high chair are also available. The living-kitchen has a big table. The kitchen is equipped with wood and electro oven, coffee maker, toaster and fondue.The water will heated over the boiler. The bathroom has many space and two showers and two sinks. The toilets are separate. In the building next to the Schlattwirthuette, is the sauna, a game room with table football and books. Outside you have barbecue, lawn, campfire and garden furniture.Only 4 km away is the family ski resort Klippitztörl situated. Skischool and Babylift are available in the ski resort Klippitztörl. 2 sleighs are available in the house. The house can be reached by car also in winter, the snowplow goes directly to the house. The sauna is situated in a separate building.
