This exclusive resort enjoys an excellent location on the Costa Blanca and has been specially designed for guests over the age of 55, and all those who want to enjoy a healthy stay in peaceful surroundings. Built in 2009, the air-conditioned property comprises a total of 140 bungalows. The resort has its own medical and physiotherapy centre, as well as a spa, an outdoor swimming pool, a social club, a theatre, a restaurant, a kiosk, an on-site hairdresser and a pharmacy. Alicante Airport is approximately 7 km from the property. ## Rooms The hotel offers fully furnished apartments and bungalows with separate bedrooms, with a double bed or twin beds. Each unit comes with a fitted wardrobe, a medical alarm, a telephone and an en-suite bathroom with shower. All units have outdoor terraces.
