Saise Guesthouse

This is the premiere resort on Tad Lo, offering a wide variety of rooms spread out along and near the river, though only the more expensive rooms have views. It is across the bridge from the Sypaseuth and the other guesthouses and is the only place in Tad Lo with amenities like bathtubs, fridges and TVs, although the latter is Laotian broadcast only not much of a perk. There s also a riverside restaurant close enough to the falls to feel the spray. Budget travellers will get better value on the other side of the river, but if you re looking for a bit of comfort, this is the place to go. The resort is also building a separate lodge with its own restaurant right at the base of the actual Tad Lo falls way up at the top of the road it seems to be shaping up nicely, and upscale travellers might want to check it out starting in 2007.
