The avant-garde vision of its owner and the constant desire to combine technological evolution and innovation has allowed the company to produce high quality wines appreciated all over the world, which include the range of Rutini wines, produced in the Topungado area. The particular conditions of altitude, at the foot of the Andes and 80 kilometers south of the city of Mendoza, together with the beneficial effect of different microclimates allow to obtain an exceptional quality in the cultivated varieties. Rutini Malbec is a red wine with a very intense color and splendid purple reflections. On the nose, the wine reveals the typical intensity of Malbec with aromas of red fruits (cherry, currant), accompanied by hints of plum. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and highly concentrated. Its excellent tannic backbone reveals a resemblance to the French wines of Cahors. It is an excellent food wine. Try it with grilled and roasted red meats, filet of beef, roast lamb, wild rabbit ‘alla cacciatora’, or the typical Argentine beef empanadas.
