Essentially the configuration is the same to the standard model - reliable onboard electronics with 2 volume controls and 2 tone controls which help optimise the tone. Rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets and distinctive pearloid inlays (the custom model has one more inlay than the standard version). Kluson style tuners; Solid alder body with hard maple neck. The custom model differs in its more dressed up appearance - noticeably with the extra inlay as well as striking gold hardware on the two humbucker pickups. Stunning all black finish completes the look.
