Residence Messer Raimondo Luogo d'Arte is located in a natural amphitheatre between the provinces of Teramo and Pescara with magnificent views of the hills of Abruzzo and the Adriatic sea on the horizon. Our property consists of 2 hectares of land and a group of houses dating back to 1800, one of which was an olive mill. A hundred years ago they were inhabited by five families who worked at the mill and where families in the area took their olives to be pressed in the autumn. 2 years were spent to renovate the building. We now offer beautiful apartments which have been furnished in keeping with the surroundings without forgetting the comforts of modern living. The appartments are equippedd with bathroom, shower, heating, TV-dvd-cd, free wi-fi Internet connection and some also with balcony. The one-roomed appartments are equipped with refrigerator and coffee machine, the two-roomed and three-roomed appartments have a fully equipped kitchen corner. Upon arrival a welcome package (coffee, tea, sugar, milk) is at the guest’s disposal. Outside there are several areas where our guests can relax. We furthermore offer an artistic workshop and courses in traditional music and dances from Abruzzo as well as other art forms. You can have lunch, dinner and use the catering service in a nearby Agriturismo (within only 200 meters walking-distance). Many walking excursions or by bicycle to the surrounding villages and mountains can be made (upon request also with professional guides). Parking is included in the rate, the rental of bicycles is upon extra charge. Animals are accepted free of charge only if small-sized. Baby bed: Euro 20 per day. Heating (only during a few periods in the year): Euro 10 per day. The sea, the mountains, as well as the countless other marvels that Abruzzo has to offer are accessible in about half an hour.
