Located in Resende Anreade, Quinta da Graça - Tourist Complex is truly a balcony facing the Douro Valley, with a unique and stunning landscape. The Tourist Complex Quinta da Graça, the couple are part of St. Amaro and Fund º d 'Village, the Artist's House - AIA - International Association of Artists and House Winery and still gallery EIA - International Association of Artists with one Duplex in Caldas de Arêgos Has a capacity of 20 rooms in total (7/4 at Casal St. Amaro and Fund º d 'Aldeia, 4 bedroom house in the Artist and 7 bedroom house in the cellar and 2 bedroom Duplex in Caldas de Arêgos), several rooms seating, lounges, kitchens, swimming pool, tennis court, games room, café-bar, central heating, art gallery and TV's. In spite of having restaurants close by, there is also the possibility of serving meals on request of the guest. Gastronomic delicacies, are immense in this area of the Douro, highlighting the famous cherries and cavacas de Resende, which are a sweetness. At about 3 km on the Douro River, there is a modern marina where you can rent vehicles to do watersports, restaurates and terraces, spa, shops, church, several areas where you can make beautiful walks. The journey from Porto to Resende, can be done by train, with some wonderful views of the river.
