Pushkar Resorts sprawls over 15 acres in the idyllic Ganehhra Village 8 kms outside Pushkar. There is an abundant fruit orchard which houses a variety of flora (mangoes, amla, guavas, bananas) and fauna (peacocks, guinea fowl, tortoises, and turkeys). The central lawn area surrounds the swimming pool & sun-deck. These are flanked by the volleyball court and croquet pitch. The four clusters of cottages are located on three sides of the resort with the pool as the centre-point. Cottages are split into clusters, with each cluster being a specific category. There are small lawns in the middle of every cluster as well as seating arrangements. Rajasthani utensils, pots, local dried flowers, leatherwork, stonework and Rajasthani patchwork have been used for décor. Superior cottages contain a cosy baithak with a mini-bar, fridge, television, study desk and coffee maker. The luxurious king-size bed with a large window sit-out overlooks the resort. Bathrooms are en suite, with 24 hours running water, both hot and cold. Cottages are an effortless combination of modern day comforts and elements of traditional Rajasthani design.
