Chaga mushroom thrives in the extremely cold climates (more than -40 deg.celcius at winter) and to accomplish this it produces a number of very potent compounds, which can be used to human benefit. The main active ingredients of Chaga are Immunostimulating polysaccharides, melanin antioxidants and antiviral/antibacterial compounds.
Instant Chaga is extracted with hot water for average of 18 hours. This results in a thick ”tea” bursting with the antioxidant melanins and other valuable water soluble components, like the immunomodulating polysaccharides. Quick drying stores all these nutrients to a brown powder which is 100% water soluble. When 1/2 teaspoon of Instant Chaga is mixed with a cup of hot water, the Chaga tea is instantly ready.

Put the powder in bottom of your cup and pour hot water on it. Sweeten with honey if desired. Stir and enjoy!
Want it cold? Put 1 dl of water, 1 dl of ice cubes and 1/3 tsp of Chaga in blender and blend!
One cup contains 400 mg Chaga extract, which of beta-glucans 100 mg. One gram of powder equals to 15 grams of fresh Chaga.
