The Puhdistamo Electrolyte powder is based on premium quality unrefined Guérande sea salt, harvested from the west coast of France. It is traditionally harvested from clay ponds where it crystallises due to the sun and wind, and the mineral content is optimal, giving it an exceptionally delicious flavour.
