A unique place in the heart of the Historical Centre of Salvador (Patrimony of Humanity UNESCO), overlooking the Bay of all After 4 years of works, a lot of dedication and love, we have saved a colonial Mansion from the 18 cent and created a very special place, the Pousada des Arts, dedicated to our hosts, to culture and Arts. The best architects, handicrafts and artists have participated to this audacious project. We recuperated old precious woods, we make romantics baldaquins beds, large verandas overlooking the Bay and the historical centre with all the comfort of a modern hotel ( free wi fi,TV lcd with dvd and cable tv, air conditioning etc)to receive you in the best conditions. With a total space of 700 m2 we decided to install only height spacious suites to keep a personalized reception. On the lobby level, we create a cultural centre, with 300 m2 over looking the bay ,where every month we organize Art expositions of painting, sculpture and photos, with Bossa nova and Jazz concert, where you will be able to meet the artists. Out target is to make your stay with us unforgettable, and to share with you our passion for this blessed land, its so rich culture and its fantastic people.
