Construction The Playhouses are constructed with tongue and groove cladding and the roof and floor are constructed of a solid sheet material. The Tongue & Groove is constructed from high quality tongue and groove shiplap cladding, supplied with a Free factory basecoat timber treatment. When assembled this Playhouse is extremely strong and sturdy and looks very secure.Our playhouses come already treated with a factory applied base coat timber treatment to protect the playhouse in any weather. We recommend that you apply a second coat of timber preservative after erecting the playhouse to ensure maximum durability. The playhouse can be painted in water based colours of your choosing.
