The tyre has an optimised profile with ´´Anti-Surf System”, which allows it to slice through extremely wet surfaces and standing water. The tyre retains some of the characteristics of the asymmetric tread pattern of its predecessor, with slight changes in the sipe pattern. According to a test conducted by TÜV, the {{{FAB}}} {{{DCP}}} {{{DIM}}} {{{CARAC}}} has better grip on bends, and a shorter braking distance on wet roads than the Pilot Sport 2. The ´´Green X” marking on the sidewall of the tyre indicates its energy efficiency, highlighting Michelin´s commitment to reducing CO2 emissions and fuel consumption.
