You will enjoy comfortable accommodation and refined French cooking in a wonderful and quiet environment ideal for rest. Martine and Arnaud respectively PADI Divemaster and Instructor who welcome you, organise dives, water sports, mangrove trips, snorkeling, walks and many other activities to discover. They can also help you designing your tour in the region. Pemba Arti Lodge is ideal for those who wish to rest in a relaxed environment and those who intend to enjoy diving and water sports or discover the wildlife reserve of the Quirimbas. The lodge is only accessible by boat. It is located just ten minutes (2,5 km) from the city of Pemba (across the Bay) which has an international airport directly connected to Nairobi (Kenya), Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) or Johannesburg (South Africa). Bungalows for couples The 5 bungalows built in traditional materials are very comfortable. They are decorated with handicrafts brought back from the various African countries in which Martine and Arnaud lived. Each bungalow includes a wide room furnished with a ''''queen size'''' bed oriented towards the sea and surmounted by a large air fan, a desk, a large wardrobe and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Each bungalow has a sheltered terrace with 2 sun beds and a direct view on the sea. Family bungalow for 4 persons The bungalow, built in traditional materials is very comfortable and decorated with handicrafts brought back from the various African countries where Martine and Arnaud lived. It includes 2 large bedrooms each furnished with a ''''queen size'''' bed surmounted by a large air fan, a desk and a wardrobe. The bathroom with toilet and shower is common to the two rooms. It is possible to replace the double bed in one of the rooms by two single beds to accommodate a family. The bungalow has a sheltered terrace with 4 chairs and a direct view on the sea.The bungalows are very comfortable and are sea front. Sun protected terraces equipped with sun beds are available to relax with a breathtaking view of the bay.  Double bedrooms for backpackers 5 high standard double rooms for backpackers are available at the back of the lodge. The facilities (bathroom and toilets) are common to all rooms and “bucket” type.Group tarifs are possible on request. Return transfers between the airport and the lodge are included in the price.
