The hotel offers a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, lift access and a car park. Reception hours are 9:00h to 17:00h, Monday to Friday. Outside these hours the apartments are locked and no staff are on site. If your arrival falls outside these hours you must call in advance no less than 48 hours the and they will arrange that you are met by a staff member on arrival at the apartments and checked in.
