Nordaid Sleep Aid Strong Melatonin Spray is a fast-acting dietary supplement to support falling asleep and alleviate jet lag
The melatonin in the spray helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep: the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin near bedtime.
The melatonin in the spray also helps to alleviate the individual effects of jet lag: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin near bedtime on the first travel day and for a few days after arriving at the travel destination.
Nordaid's oral sprays do not burden the stomach or the digestive system since absorption occurs directly from the oral mucosa.
Therefore, the dietary supplement can be absorbed into the body even if the intestine is in poor condition or the absorption efficiency is otherwise compromised (elderly, stressed individuals, those with gastrointestinal issues).
For adults, one spray per day before bedtime. Spray directly into the mouth.
The recommended daily dose contains 1.95 mg of melatonin.
Shake well before use. Close the cap after use. Store and use the bottle in an upright position. When using the product for the first time, press the pump forcefully 3-4 times. If the product has been unused for a long time, the nozzle may become clogged. In this case, rinse the nozzle with warm water to remove the blockage.
NOTE: Do not open the bottle, as it is an airless product (thanks to the airless packaging, the shelf life of the dietary supplement is better than usual).
