Isola's coastal and regionally-inspired Italian menu specializes in contemporary crudo- a modern interpretation of Italian raw fish flavored with olive oil, salt, citrus-in addition to a trattoria menu of hand crafted pastas, pizzas, antipasti, and secondi. The beverage program at Isola is curated by Steve Olson, one of the world's foremost wine and spirits experts.
