Newly opened in July 2005, this is a 3 star residence and considered a superior tourist class property. The 60 studios and 29 two bedroom 29 apartments are bright and modern with well equipped kitchenettes including microwave oven and fridge. The two bedroom apartments have one double and one sofa bed and thus, are suitable for double or twin occupation. The 60 other units which are studios are all equipped with a sofa bed. All units are furnished in a modern, functional style. There is a breakfast hall but no restaurant. There about a dozen restaurants within five minutes of the hotel, however. The lobby is medium and leads directly to the breakfast room area. It is modern and very bright. The decor is very modern in style, made up of grey and orange colours.
