This brand, spanking new place was still under construction when we visited only two rooms were available, but more are being added, and there may be as many as 20 rooms by the end of 2007. The expat owner and his Lao wife are clearly gambling on the rising popularity of the Konglor Cave tour to fill the rooms, and hoping to lure people away from the slim pickings elsewhere in town. It looks like they are off to a pretty good start. All the rooms are doubles well furnished, though the decor isn t as nice as at the Seng Chan most of it looks like it was ordered at Ikea. Still, they all have air-con, private, hot-water bathrooms with western-style toilets TVs with UBC cable television are on the way.
