The Mini Mandoline from Mastrad has been designed with a fixed blade to enable super thin, even slicing. Create thin slices that measure just 1mm (1/32"). Ideal for crisps, vegetable tagliatelle and cheese shavings. The notched base allows the mandoline to be fixed over a plate, dish or bowl for easier handling. Food pusher clips onto the mandoline for easy storage and blade protection. Measures 21cm long, 7.5cm wide. Dishwasher safe.
