Makita's CXT range expands the ever growing 10.8v power tool market with a selection of compact and lightweight machines which use a sliding lithium ion battery format. Utilising technology inherited from Makita's 18v range, these new batteries are equipped with overload protection circuitry and high capacity cells; fitted with multi-contact terminals to ensure stable connection even under extreme work vibration conditions, they are built for structural strength and durability and can be used in temperatures down to -20°C. The JR103D is a higly manouevrable cordless reciprocating saw equipped with a dual trigger switch system for comfortable operation in multiple positions. It has a tool free blade clamp for quick & easy accessory changes and features an LED joblight for optimum visibility of the work area.
